Made in our own workshop
The pull-up bar is largely manufactured and processed in our workshop in Freiburg. The bar itself and the outer semi-circular end caps are made of high-quality beech wood from the Black Forest – robust, durable, and pleasant to the touch.
The feet and hooks are made from birch plywood with beech veneer. This material primarily comes from Scandinavian countries and ensures additional stability and dimensional stability.
Every pull-up bar is given its finishing touches in Freiburg and treated with pure linseed oil. No frills, no chemicals – just honest craftsmanship.

Our products are easy to care for – and that in the truest sense of the word: they require no care at all. Their longevity does not suffer if you simply don't bother with them. They last a lifetime – and can easily be passed down.
If you still want to do something good for your product, you can simply rub it with a little oil – this will beautifully bring out the natural grain again. For heavier soiling, briefly sand lightly beforehand.
The smooth surface is easy to clean and disinfect – ideal for professional therapeutic use. If necessary, simply wipe or disinfect with a damp cloth – then let it dry briefly, and you're done.

Our fitness bands also allow the pull-up bar to be used as an anchor point for effective upper body training, especially for the back muscles.

The bands can also be used to specifically support recovery days or to train for more repetitions at lower intensity.

How to determine your size

Do you need a different length?
No problem – we will adjust the bar to your desired length free of charge. Simply measure from the outer edge of the stand to the outer edge of the stand (here 105.5 cm) and let us know your desired measurement. We can make the bar up to 10 cm longer than the standard length, but also shorter – entirely according to your requirements. Just send us a short message before purchasing and we will take care of it.

Will the pull-up bar fit my door frame?
Here are three points you should quickly check beforehand:
1. Does your door frame have a ledge at the top? The hook must be able to attach to the top of the door frame – this requires an overhang of at least 5 mm.
2. How high is your door frame (casing)? The hook must be able to encompass the top of the door frame. For the version with a fixed hook, the height of the casing can be a maximum of 8 cm; for the version with an adjustable hook, it can be up to 15.3 cm – this also makes it suitable for many old building door frames.
3. Does the bar around the door frame fit on the wall? If your door frame is narrower than 99 cm, the bar will fit without a problem. If it is wider, there are two options: Either the bar rests directly on the door frame, or we can custom-make a bar up to 10 cm longer for you. And if you need a shorter bar, no problem – just tell us your desired length from outer edge to outer edge and we will adjust it for free.
What is the difference between the two pull-up bars?
The only difference is the hook. With the classic version with a fixed hook, you have to quickly measure once: wall thickness minus frame height gives you the required hook length. With the version with an adjustable hook, you can simply set the length in small increments – it fits almost every door frame, which is particularly practical for older period doors that often have unusual dimensions. Otherwise, both bars are identical in quality, function, and load capacity.
Is the pull-up bar safe—will it hold my weight?
Yes, absolutely. The pull-up bar works on the principle of counter-pressure: the more weight you hang on it, the firmer it presses against the door frame – similar to a wedge. No screws, rawlplugs, or other fixings are needed. The bar is designed for bodyweight training and has been stress-tested accordingly.
Will the pull-up bar damage my door frame or wall?
The bar requires no drilling or screws – no tools, no dowels, no permanent damage to the door frame. Where the feet rest against the wall, minimal signs of wear may appear over time due to pressure and friction. To avoid this, simply stick small felt pads under the contact points.
Do I have to take down the pull-up bar after every workout?
No, you can simply leave them hanging – it only takes a few seconds to set them up and take them down, but many people just leave them permanently in the door frame. The small side effect: as long as the bar is hanging, the door cannot be closed – but this is actually quite practical, as you always have it in view and are automatically reminded more often to do a few pull-ups.
