Application

Small, handy, underestimated – the rollholz Parallettes made of beech wood are one of the most versatile training tools in the entire product range. Once you've tried deep push-ups with a neutral wrist position, you won't want to do without them: the pressure is evenly distributed, the wrists are in a natural position, and the range of motion is significantly greater than on the floor. For L-sits, handstands, or dips, the parallettes provide stability and clean execution, which protects joints and tendons in the long run. They also serve well in yoga and stretching: when learning the splits, they provide secure support and allow for a controlled, gradual deepening of the stretch.

Here's how you can use the parallettes:

Material & Origin

The parallettes are largely manufactured and processed in our workshop in Freiburg. The bar itself and the outer semicircular end caps are made of high-quality beech wood from the Black Forest – robust, durable, and pleasant to the touch.

The feet are made of birch plywood with beech veneer. This material mainly comes from Scandinavian countries and provides additional stability and dimensional stability.

Each pair of parallettes is given its finishing touches in Freiburg and treated with pure linseed oil. No frills, no chemicals – just honest craftsmanship.

Care

Our products are easy to care for – and we mean that literally: they don't require any. Their durability won't suffer if you simply don't bother with them at all. They last a lifetime – and can be passed down without any problems.

If you still want to do something good for your product, you can simply rub it with a little oil – this will beautifully bring out the natural grain again. For heavier soiling, lightly sand it briefly beforehand.

The smooth surface is easy to clean and disinfect – ideal for professional therapeutic use. If necessary, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth or disinfect it – then let it dry briefly, and you're done.
