NOHRD TriaTrainer – 3-in-1 wooden training bench

Hardly any other piece of exercise equipment offers more training possibilities in such a small space. The TriaTrainer consists of three hinged elements and an adjustable footrest – depending on the folded position, it transforms into a completely different piece of training equipment.

Position 1 – Abdominal Trainer (folded): Classic abdominal training, footrest adjusted to individual height, secure hold, slight incline promotes muscle activation.

Position 2 – Back Trainer (half-open): Targeted training of back and gluteal muscles in lying and sitting positions – the adjustable footrest provides security in every position.

Position 3 – Bench (unfolded): Stable lying surface for exercises with light additional weights like dumbbells – for shoulders, chest and arms. The slight incline is maintained for maximum muscle activation.

This is how you can train with the TriaTrainer:

• Abs & Core: Crunches, Sit-Ups, Leg Raises – core strength in the smallest space
• Back & Glutes: Back training lying down, glute training sitting, Hyperextensions
• Upper Body with light weights: Dumbbell exercises for shoulders, chest, and arms in a lying position – e.g. Flyes, Shoulder Press, Curls
• Combination Training: Switch between the three positions without losing time
