Application

Small, handy, underrated – a single rollholz beech wood parallette is the ideal addition if you want to specifically expand your existing setup.

Especially as an addition to a pull-up bar or existing equipment, it opens up new training angles and more control in execution. Deep push-ups with a neutral wrist position become cleaner and gentler on the joints, and the larger range of motion ensures greater effectiveness. The parallette also supports stable, precise execution for L-sits, handstand variations, or dips. In yoga or stretching, it serves as a compact aid for controlled movements and more safety in deeper positions.

Material & Origin

The parallettes are largely manufactured and processed in our workshop in Freiburg. The bar itself and the outer semicircular end caps are made of high-quality beech wood from the Black Forest – robust, durable, and pleasant to the touch.

The feet are made of birch plywood with beech veneer. This material mainly comes from Scandinavian countries and provides additional stability and dimensional stability.

Each pair of parallettes is given its finishing touches in Freiburg and treated with pure linseed oil. No frills, no chemicals – just honest craftsmanship.

Care

Our products are easy to care for – and we mean that literally: they don't require any. Their durability won't suffer if you simply don't bother with them at all. They last a lifetime – and can be passed down without any problems.

If you still want to do something good for your product, you can simply rub it with a little oil – this will beautifully bring out the natural grain again. For heavier soiling, lightly sand it briefly beforehand.

The smooth surface is easy to clean and disinfect – ideal for professional therapeutic use. If necessary, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth or disinfect it – then let it dry briefly, and you're done.
