How to use

If you already own a rollholz pull-up bar and are wondering, "How do I attach my bar here?" when faced with a new door frame – these hooks are made for you. The standard hooks are generally suitable for common door frames.

The adjustable hooks are the solution for old buildings with thick walls and unusual door frame dimensions – they fit almost any frame and wall thickness.

Variants:

Standard hooks: For normal door frames, architrave height up to max. 8 cm
Adjustable hooks: For old buildings & thick walls, architrave height up to max. 15.3 cm

Material & origin

The hooks are made from birch plywood with a beech veneer. The material comes mainly from Scandinavia and adds stability and dimensional stability.

Every hook is made in Freiburg im Breisgau, where it gets its final sanding and a treatment of pure linseed oil. No frills, no chemicals – just honest local craft.

Care

Our products are easy to care for – in the most literal sense: they need none. Their longevity doesn't suffer if you simply never bother. They last a lifetime – and can be handed down without a problem.

If you do want to treat your product to something, just rub it with a little oil – that brings the natural grain back out beautifully. For heavier marks, sand it lightly beforehand.

The smooth surface is easy to clean and disinfect – ideal for professional therapy use. Wipe it down or disinfect it when needed, let it dry briefly, done.
