The WaterRower is manufactured by our partner WATERROWER | NOHRD – produced in Rhode Island, USA, where the rowing machine was invented by John Duke in 1988. The solid wood used comes exclusively from sustainably managed, renewable timber stocks in the American Appalachians. Only straight, kiln-dried solid core wood is processed and then hand-oiled. Available in various wood types: oak, cherry, walnut, and vintage. The water tank is made of impact-resistant polycarbonate, and the seat runs on eight ball-bearing polyurethane rollers – wear-free and silent.
