Our products are easy to care for – and that in the truest sense of the word: they require no care at all. Their longevity does not suffer if you simply don't bother with them. They last a lifetime – and can easily be passed down.
If you still want to do something good for your product, you can simply rub it with a little oil – this will beautifully bring out the natural grain again. For heavier soiling, briefly sand lightly beforehand.
The smooth surface is easy to clean and disinfect – ideal for professional therapeutic use. If necessary, simply wipe or disinfect with a damp cloth – then let it dry briefly, and you're done.

How do the five types of wood differ?
The difference is not in function or hardness – all five wood types are equally durable and feel equally effective when rolling. The difference is a matter of personal preference in four areas:
Feel & Warmth
Alder feels particularly warm and soft in the hands – almost velvety. In comparison, beech, ash, oak, and walnut feel somewhat smoother and cooler, which many find particularly pleasant.
Weight
Alder is the lightest of the five hardwoods. The other four – beech, ash, oak, and walnut – are close in weight.
Scent
Each type of wood has its own natural scent. Since all our products are treated with linseed oil, this warm, nutty linseed oil scent is always present during the first use – a beautiful sign of natural processing.
Appearance & Grain
Beech is usually very uniform and homogeneous in appearance – simple and classic. Alder, ash, oak, and walnut, on the other hand, can have beautiful, individual grains: each piece is unique. Walnut impresses with deep, dark tones, while oak and ash have striking structures. This is purely a matter of taste.
Durability
In terms of durability, all five wood types make no compromises – they are built to last forever.
Isn't the pressure from the trigger pen too intense?
You control the intensity yourself entirely through the pressure of your hand. This allows you to work very precisely and controllably – from gentle release to deep trigger point treatment.
What is the advantage of the trigger pen compared to other fascia tools?
The trigger stick enables extremely precise treatment of individual trigger points, which you often cannot target effectively with rollers and balls. Thanks to the two ends of different sizes, you can adjust the intensity precisely and effectively release even deeper tension.
Do I need prior knowledge to use the application?
No. You can use the trigger pin intuitively: simply find the tense spot and apply targeted pressure. With a little practice, you'll quickly find the right intensity.
How often should I apply the trigger pin?
The beauty of the trigger pen: it adapts to your daily routine – you don't need a fixed schedule. You can use it anytime you feel tension.
As a guide:
Targeted work on a trigger point – consciously building up and holding pressure until the tension subsides – can be used as needed. This usually takes about 1-3 minutes per spot.
What's important here is not the frequency, but your feeling: work in a controlled manner, continue to breathe calmly, and reduce the pressure if it becomes too intense.
