The wood for our products comes from the Black Forest – whether beech, oak, alder or ash. Walnut is of European origin. All wood types are FSC-certified and therefore sustainably managed. Turning also takes place in the Black Forest, before each product is fine-tuned in our workshop in Freiburg and oiled with pure linseed oil. No frills, no chemicals – just honest craftsmanship.

Care
Care
Our products are easy to care for – and that in the truest sense of the word: they require no care at all. Their longevity does not suffer if you simply don't bother with them. They last a lifetime – and can easily be passed down.
If you still want to do something good for your product, you can simply rub it with a little oil – this will beautifully bring out the natural grain again. For heavier soiling, briefly sand lightly beforehand.
The smooth surface is easy to clean and disinfect – ideal for professional therapeutic use. If necessary, simply wipe or disinfect with a damp cloth – then let it dry briefly, and you're done.

Who is the large rolling pin set suitable for?

How often should the tools be applied?
You can use the tools for warm-ups, after a sports session for recovery, or as a standalone session. There is generally no "too much" when it comes to using these tools. For optimal and noticeable effects, you can use them, for example, 3 to 5 times a week for 10 to 45 minutes each time.
Can you do anything wrong when applying it?
It's important that you take at least 10 minutes for one application. You can expect the best results if you perform the exercises calmly and very consciously. The exercises should never feel uncomfortable. You will receive instructions with our e-book, which you will receive via email upon purchase.
Is there a tutorial or instructions for proper application?
Yes, upon purchase, you will receive an eBook with over 50 exercises via email. You can also watch exercise videos on our YouTube channel.
Isn't wood too hard?
Since the products do not rest directly on, for example, bones, the wood does not feel hard. It even feels pleasantly warm during use. In addition, it allows for very precise and controlled application and is perfect for massages and releasing tension.
