FlowRow Balance Board

The new FlowRow Balance Board presents rowing enthusiasts with new challenges. The instructions are clear from the name: the rower must achieve a fluid and balanced movement rhythm on the WaterRower to prevent the "rowing boat" from swaying.
Specifically designed for the WaterRower, the entire rowing machine rests on two balance boards, whose sole purpose is to create instability.

The FlowRow Balance Board features a movable center section, causing the WaterRower to tilt slightly on both sides if one does not focus on executing their strokes correctly. This guarantees a more precise rowing simulation, where lateral balance—just like in a real rowing boat—must be maintained. Another advantage is the simultaneous training of deep muscles and coordination.

It’s worth mentioning that the FlowRow Balance Board boasts a high fun factor. Users have no choice but to face the challenge of imbalance, which quickly leads to a more accurate execution of rowing strokes.
