The Multi-Function Bench for Home

The TriaTrainer combines three devices in one: In its compact base position, it serves as a classic abdominal and core trainer and can quickly and easily be unfolded to become a back or power trainer. When fully unfolded, the TriaTrainer transforms into a stylish weight bench for versatile strength training.

The frame is made of oiled wood and in the base position, the TriaTrainer requires less than one square meter of space.
The flexible footrest is adjustable in ten positions and made of sturdy black foam. For environmental reasons, we offer the TriaTrainer only with artificial leather.
