Dimensions to Consider

The pull-up bar with adjustable hooks can be attached to almost any door frame and wall thickness, including high door frames in older buildings.

Two maximum dimensions must be considered:

1. Frame height: max. 15.3 cm

2. Wall thickness or the distance the hook needs to bridge: max. 33.8 cm

If one of the dimensions is exceeded, please inform us so we can adjust the hook accordingly.

Additionally, please ensure that the hook has sufficient support on the top edge of the door frame. We recommend at least 1 cm.

Explanation Pull-up Bar

Whether the “feet” of the pull-up bar rest on the wall or on the door frame depends on the width of the door frame.

· If the door frame is less than 99 cm wide, the “feet” of the pull-up bar will rest on the wall surface (see images in the slider).
· If the door frame is wider than 99 cm and the passage width is max. 98 cm, the “feet” of the pull-up bar will rest on the door frame.
· Still doesn't fit? We can adjust the length of the pull-up bar as needed. The maximum length is 115.5 cm (measured from the outer edges of the “feet”). Shortening is also possible without any issues. Just contact us via email or phone for custom adjustments.

For pull-up bars that exceed the standard size, assembly will be required as the packaging is not designed for larger bars. Assembly is simple and can be done with a rubber mallet and a small guide (PDF).

Adjusting Hook Size

To adjust the hooks perfectly for your door frame, we recommend the following steps:

1. Hold the smallest element (Hook Element 1), which hangs on the door frame, along with the middle element (Hook Element 2) to the door frame. Position the middle piece as high as possible so that the pull-up bar later hangs higher. Then, connect both parts using the provided connection elements and tighten them with a 5mm hex key.

2. We recommend having a helping hand to hold the pull-up bar on the wall. Now hold the already connected elements together with the third element (Hook Element 3) to the door frame or pull-up bar. Again, choose the hole pairs where the pull-up bar sits as high as possible. For a finer depth adjustment, the middle element has four holes that alternate with the holes of the third element. Connect the third element tightly with the others, as done before.

Usage

Our pull-up bar can be effortlessly mounted without drilling on door frames and walls, offering various training options. With pull-ups and other hanging exercises, you can strengthen your entire upper body. The detachable parallel bars can be used on the ground as training equipment for exercises like push-ups and dips.

With the second, smaller parallel bar, you extend the training possibilities. Combined with the larger parallel bar, both are perfect for deep push-ups, L-sits, handstands, yoga, and stretching exercises. The parallel grip improves exercise performance and reduces stress on your wrists.

Need some help with your pull-ups? No problem! Our resistance bands in three strengths assist with pull-ups, strength exercises, and mobilization. At 90 cm in length and 4 cm in width, they are especially comfortable to use.

Note

Wear marks may appear on the wall and door frame. The wall and door frame should be sufficiently stable (particularly for drywall). rollholz GmbH assumes no liability for any resulting damage.
