Determining the Correct Size (see Image No. 2)

1. Measure the distance from the surface of the frame to the surface of the frame in the other room at the top of the door.

2. Subtract the distance from the wall where the pull-up bar will be located to the surface of the frame. This is usually about 1.5 cm.

Example calculation:

= 1. - 2.
= Distance frame - Distance wall-frame
= 16.5 cm – 1.5 cm
= 15 cm

This results in size 1 (13-18 cm)
