The small massage ball (Ø 7 cm) is especially suited for targeted massage of tense and strained muscle tissue, such as in the back or soles of the feet. Thanks to the firm wood material and the 7 cm diameter, it can reach and release deep-seated tension without causing excessive pressure.

The massage ball (Ø 7 cm) can be used for warming up before training, self-massage to prevent and relieve tension, and for recovery after a workout. It is also used in balance and functional strength training in combination with our balance boards.
