The large fascia ball (Ø 10 cm) is especially suited for targeted rolling of the back of the thighs and gluteal muscles. Thanks to the firm wood material and the 10 cm diameter, it provides ideal pressure distribution, allowing it to reach and release deep-seated muscle tension.

The massage ball (Ø 10 cm) can be used for warming up before training, self-massage, or for preventing and relieving tension. Additionally, it is useful for recovery after a workout and is also employed in balance training when combined with our balance boards.
