The three sizes ensure more precise adjustment in application. The massage ball (Ø 10 cm) is ideal for larger muscle groups such as the back of the thighs or the gluteal muscles. It provides a softer treatment compared to the smaller variants (Ø 7 and 4 cm), which are perfect for targeted massage of tense muscle areas.

The ball variants are particularly suitable for myofascial release. Releasing tight and adhered tissue structures leads to the relaxation of muscle tissue and promotes the restoration of mobility in restricted areas.
