The Balance Board Set Small is perfect for those looking to improve their balance or enhance their functional strength training with an eco-friendly tool. Along with a high training effect, the Balance Board Set Small also brings a lot of fun and a diverse challenge.
The Balance Board Large can be combined with the rollholz Pro included in the set, as well as the two rollholz Massage Balls Ø 7 cm.
The special feature of our Balance Board Large is the three holes in the middle of the board. When combined with the Massage Ball Ø 7 cm, it allows optimal training of the ankle joint in all its directions of movement.
The Balance Board Small also guarantees a lot of variety and effective balance and functional strength training through its innovative central cut and built-in hole. The Balance Board Small can be combined with a Massage Ball Ø 7 cm.
When assembled, the small and large Balance Boards transform into a high-quality, aesthetic, and practical piece of furniture that invites you to take a little break.

· Application in balance training: Position the rollholz Pro under the Balance Board Large and start training*. Training with the rollholz Pro is a lot of fun and provides the opportunity to practice numerous tricks. Inspiration for use can be found on our YouTube channel.
Compatible with: Massage Ball Ø 7 cm
· Application in balance training: Place a Massage Ball Ø 7 cm under the Balance Board Large in the center hole, or place two Massage Balls Ø 7 cm under the outer holes. Now, try to maintain balance, increase the difficulty by closing your eyes or standing on one leg.
· Application in functional strength training: For example, to enhance lunges (place one foot on the Balance Board Large), the plank & push-up (place feet or hands on the Balance Board Large), or squats.

· Application in balance training: Place a Massage Ball Ø 7 cm under the Balance Board Small in the round cut-out. Now, try to maintain balance, increase the difficulty by closing your eyes or standing on one leg.
· Application in functional strength training: For example, to enhance lunges (place one foot on the Balance Board Small), the plank & push-up (place feet or hands on the Balance Board Small), or the bridge (place feet on the Balance Board Small).
*At the beginning, we recommend practicing a safe ascent onto the Balance Board Large against a wall, with a stable chair, or with the help of another person.
