Combination possibilities with rollholz products:

The Balance Board large can be combined with rollholz Pro, the Minirolle, and rollholz Massage Balls Ø 10 cm and Ø 7 cm.

The special feature of our Balance Board large is the three intricately designed holes in the middle of the board. Combined with the Massage Ball Ø 10 cm or Ø 7 cm, for example, the ankle is optimally trained in all its movement directions. The two different sizes of rollholz Massage Balls can increase training variety and fun!

The Balance Board small also guarantees a lot of variety and effective balance and functional strength training due to its innovative central cut-out and the embedded hole. The Balance Board small can be combined with the rollholz Minirolle or the Massage Balls Ø 10 cm or Ø 7 cm.

To protect the products and floor surfaces, we recommend using a mat, such as our rollholz yoga mat.

· Balance Training Application: Position the rollholz Pro under the Balance Board large and start training*. Training with the rollholz Pro brings plenty of fun and offers an opportunity to practice various tricks. You can find inspiration on our YouTube channel.

Compatible with: Minirolle & Massagekugel Ø 7 cm

· Balance Training Application: Place a Massagekugel Ø 10 cm or Ø 7 cm under the Balance Board large in the middle hole, or place two Massagekugeln Ø 10 cm or Ø 7 cm under the two outer holes. Position the Minirolle in the middle under the Balance Board large. Now, try to hold your balance; you can increase the difficulty by closing your eyes or standing on one leg.

· Functional Strength Training Application: Use the board to enhance lunges (placing one leg on the Balance Board large), planks & push-ups (with feet or hands on the Balance Board large), or squats.

Applications Balance Board small:Compatible with: Minirolle, Massagekugel Ø 10 cm & Ø 7 cm

· Balance Training Application: Place a Massagekugel Ø 10 cm or Ø 7 cm under the Balance Board small in the round indentation, or position the Minirolle under the central cut-out. Try to hold your balance, and increase the challenge by closing your eyes or standing on one leg.

· Functional Strength Training Application: Use the board to enhance lunges (placing one leg on the Balance Board small), planks & push-ups (feet or hands on the Balance Board small), or shoulder bridges (feet on the Balance Board small).
