For rollholz, the concept of sustainability is more than just empty words. It is deeply rooted in Frieder's philosophy of life. In addition to his passion for movement, Frieder has been accompanied by the idea of respectful interaction with nature from a young age. For example, the number one means of transportation is the bicycle. Accordingly, rollholz deliveries are made by bike trailer to the post office, depending on the quantity and size. When a motor vehicle is needed, the local car-sharing service is the first choice, both privately and for business.

Regarding ethical considerations and environmental concerns, rollholz products are exclusively vegan, and even on Frieder's plate, you’ll find only (usually home-cooked) vegan dishes. For Frieder, this is one of the most important steps to contribute to sustainability and climate protection.
